As sure as hexx, the worst NR in a decade.............

NOT sold its gold years ago to Eagle Hill, now Osisko, for far less than Cliffs sold its Chromite. NOT never properly informed its shareholders at the time on the transaction details although a bonanza hole was the very reason why people bought into NOT, it was for Windfall. I cannot believe NOT uses the word gold over a strike length of 6 Miles, premature and very unlikely. It was a difficult decision at the time, right after the financial crisis to sell the gold at Windfall, no one liked it. To come back 8 years later with another speculative NR is more than dangerous, it is very unwise. Smeenk is more realistic, whatever the Chinese pay for KWG, NOT is trying to make a move with FN out of Fear for A Chinese cardgame. Gold at Esker worthy for a NR is out of the question at this stage, cannot be true to the extent to put this in a NR in 2017, I need to warn all shareholders that doomsday is around the corner. A very problematic NR indeed, further delay for shovels in the ground in 2018. Mentioning gold undermines the value of NOT. Coutts lost track of ithe business case. What about RCF and Franco Nevada ? Why sell Windfall and try to copy PROBE afterwards. This company is all aftermaths.

Cliffs has poured half a Billion dollar into the ROF which included taxes (VAT on drilling equipment and accomodations, fuel, transportations and legal fees), Income tax through its employees and lots of taxes on gaining the required permits for land staking. Governments have gained much more from the ROF than anyone else so far, without delivering in return. Quite the thing that Cliffs has blocked Essar, they are their mastergameship as it is now required from their point of view. Anyone would have done the same. Shareholders in Cliffs have lost in fact an entire decade with the unfortunate chances of events. As it was very favourable for NOT to buy the chromite at the very bottom of the cycle, every disadvantage has its advantage. It this case for others. What has happened, after the dimise of Cliffs in the ROF, is clearly that other suitors have stepped back for the moment, NOT did not even had to compete bidding at the time, to the surprise of Coutts. Surely Cliffs did not long for another major buying in, and the majors were themselves busy to survive through cost cutting, re-capitalisation and divestments instead of investments. Now things are changing dramatically, Cliffs has survived from the edge of collapse and they will never allow Essar to benefit from an earlier supply agreement. They got it right legally this time, after loosing out the trajectory case. I think best is to celebrate Chinese NewYear, 28th of January, the year of the (fire) rooster. Normally a red one. It is gonna be Chinese and it occurs me Smeenk knows it. Will RCF be manipulated to sell at instance, I think not. They will go for a take-over in FULL size, 1.2 to 2 B in a one-off deal including EN. Simplicity versus more unwanted complexity.

THE Chinese are here. I agree with Smeenk, whatever price they pay for KWG. And NOT. Or do you think they will fund the railroad without having bought the goodies first ? I do Not. Matawa and other internally divided groups of human beings may well be far too late for the party. Government is never going to build a road once railroad is projected for in 60 days. Take it or leave it. Fake it or take it for everyone.

That is called blackmail, Not conspiracy. Get impression that government does use it for non-delivery. Anyway, FN will never get a road this way. So, we need a holistic plan. Who is going to do it ? There have been far more complicated situationeel than this one.
