I hope that there is enough disgust in retail to win the vote for the merger (which it seems there is not)

I know it is always buyer beware and you are tangling with the sharks when you are on the pink sheets - but i expected a ton more from you guys. (maybe 100 million tons)

The guys that put this all together - "hold on to your shares" while we get our golden parachute. Good for you but screw us.

Get some balls and do what is right for the people who supported you!

I would just like to regurge. The Head of Pinetree Capital as an "insider" bought between 13% and 16% of PROBE PERSONALLY in the last couple months as recorded here and the Probe board. (Sorry I am not savy on how to paste it)

I went to the Pinetree site tonight and it seemed they have $30 million invested in NOT(looked like a large holding:)

WTF - this just furthers my resolve on NOT - they know what we want too know - pay day is coming.

IMHO - the 3.5 to 1 offer was directed by the hedgies to confirm they will give their shares to NOT.

I speculate that we will get a great news release followed by a sharp run up in our stock. This will give NOT all the shares they need to stop the CLIFFS deal and let the hedgies show a large gain in their fund. Right at the end of year when they need it most.

Once again everyone is happy at this well orchestrated event.
