Sure,

As outlined in the march and May 2007 press release the four year earn in program in the Mcfaulds area was based on a March 2007 letter of intent wherin we could earn 55% ownership of the property based on expendatures of blah blah blah per year over time etc.

Theoretically mar31 would be the expiry of that deal and it should be confirmed we have full ownership of the 55% sometime soon, not necessarily right on the 31st.
