Beyondhelp, Jamie Rainbird was a great asset to the dissident team and would have more than proved his worth to the cause, had things been just. Jamie was coerced into accepting fault by the regulators, where the regulators decided to bully Jamie and a couple other Advisers instead of the regulators taking down the criminal that made the asset backed paper available for sale by Jamie and others. Jamie was a scapegoat to take the blame for the real criminal, he was bullied by the regulator into taking blame.
IGD was set up and complemented by Jamie for Lori, so Lori actually owes him a lot.
As for Lori's selection for her board at the same time, Robert Krause, Mr Krause lacked credential and also was presented deceitfully by Lori. So the truth be known, Lori turned around and deceived the investors in exactly the same way she blames the dissidents. The proof lies in her circular.
Totally contrary, Lori is about the last one to save investors because of actions by her that have not been dealt with yet. Just because a verbal communique was released from the BCSC and RCMP that investigations are over, have you seen any actual written confirmation? This crime goes way beyond just Lori, with it entangled to the very depths of the financial system/s.
Lori can however assist shareholders by coming forward and whistleblowing. And not only does Lori have the whistleblowing option, but All the others involved as well. As more and more is found out, and those in the know do not step forward to clear their individual names, they become full accomplices to the crime.
