We are shareholders as well as owners. The last time I looked, I think Lori is a minor owner with perhaps a few thousand shares, while I believe the rest of the directors are not owners.

In reality, management are employees of ours, the shareholders. Can you imagine being an owner of your own company and when you tell someone you wish to fire them for legitimate reason, they say "no"?
