we were denied fair market process where this property, although not considered the flagship property, was, in all actuality the most valuable asset SLI had on paper. This is why I wanted to look at the MI61-101, if there was any ever filed. A request to the TSX Compliance Dept said they would not give me this information. By them nor management not giving a shareholder this information, violates not only portions of TSX V policy, but contravenes other laws as well, including the corporate laws unto which SLI was incorporated.

Now why would that be so? lol.
