When the 2 directors resigned in Jan 11/2012, it only took two days for Lori to appoint 3 new ones, Lloyd Brewer, Paul Macdonald and Don Bastien. I was impressed at Lori,s ability to find 3 directors that quickly, I thought perhaps that there was a screening process done before a director could even accept directorship, I didn,t check, but I kinda feel that the screening would normally take more than 2 days, but oh well, I guess some things happen quickly with the Exchange. I kinda felt that the new directors were waiting in the wings and it got me excited then to know that directors could be found so quickly, and I kinda connected it to the properties.
