The only issue we should have at the moment is why the vote was not allowed. With that many voting for green proxy and having a chairperson which is a white proxy seems to me a conflict of interest. This is one of many concerns that i agree could go on and on, but until the vote issue is dealt with it is all speculation. Either a new agm and vote with independent chair or removal until the courts decide. IMO there should not be any deceisons made by the company until either of the above are resolved.
