The good news is that the 3 directors can control the board. Also there is an appeal process to the Court of Appeal which is above the B.C. Supreme Court. You will also notice this in the link below; SELF-REPRESENTED LITIGANT.

Also, I should remind everyone of the incredible amount of questionable things current management has done to us shareholders and the possibility of more surfacing.

I should also mention, that just because we don,t seem to see any action by levels of Government or Regulators, it doesn,t mean that they also are not watching what is happening here. One copy of our Petition has gone to http://www.iosco.org/about/, among many other levels as well as the Ethics Commissioner.
