1)When voting, please ensure you enter your email address before hitting the final submission button. The email will be a verification of your control number voted, you will get an email confirmation for each account that you voted, in case this is needed for future refference.
2) The cut off time for voting is Thursday Dec 20 at 11 AM vancouver time. I suggest that everyone try to have their voting done by midnight Wed Dec 19 to assure their vote will be counted.NOTE; this is no mistake date. The cut off time you read about in the circular is the cut off time for votes to be at Olympia Trust, it takes 24 hours to get the votes from the online site TO Olympia Trust, hence the important date/time of Dec 20th.
3) I don,t see any reason why people should have to wait to get their control numbers in an email. Try your institution a couple times by phone,to get this number right over the phone. Sometimes you get a different person each time you call and if you eventually get the right person, it could mean a difference of many hours or days to get these control numbers to vote with, so be persistent.
