The RBC person I gave my 3 account numbers to had to check with "invester communications" there and called me back in a couple of hours with all my green control numbers.

Everyone must be firm and in control when conversing with the person on the end of the line. As was pointed out earlier, every company has the odd incompetent individual.

Do we have any at present??
