Assuming of course that all the directors are Lori's puppets and that no discourse was tolerated. You would be correct.

If however, any of these directors were capable of rational thought, or were actually permitted to give some input, they would not be in favour of pissing away cash on such nonsense. Proxies would become quite necessary in this painfully absent scenerio.
