This on pg 8; The way I read that, we don,t need any cash now, so WE DONT NEED THE PP.

As of August 31, 2012, the Company had not yet achieved profitable operations, but had

working capital of $3,283,805 (year end 2012: $4,467,631) which should be adequate to sustain operations over the

next twelve months.
