I can,t see the exchange allowing this. If this is approved,it may be a black mark against the exchange itself. There are many circumstances surrounding this where it is not in the best interests of shareholders. All directors will be held accountable for this should it go through if they all approved it. All parts of management will most likely be affected whether this goes through or not, and careers may be severly affected as well? Why would so many people put their futures at risk by agreeing to this? Its not so bad for the older directors, but the younger ones and exec that have half of their lives before them yet, must not feel very good right now.

Preposterous.
