St. Elias Mines

Welcome To the St. Elias Mines HUB On AGORACOM Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company

I see people may be guessing that a PP may have to be done.

By the amount held in the treasury that has been quoted by Lori, there should be no way we need more cash at this time. She has also said in the past that she didn,t want to dilute shareholders anymore.

If we do need cash, a hole or two in the anomalies should show the gold that we expect to be there, and a line of credit can be established from that with no share dilution. We have almost zero debt at this time, so if by chance a little cash was needed, sink a hole in the best place, that seems to have been avoided so far, and credit facilities may be throwing money at you. We all know that the POG is going higher and we see banks securing positions in gold resource stocks, so this type of thing by the banks going directly to the source, will expand, and probably more so now because of what may be coming as a gold standard. So, no need for further dilution if shareholders best interests are kept in mind.

Also, in the past, it seems that the recent PP,s are always filled and existing shareholders are not allowed to participate. Lori has said that these shares are going into safe hands and even some high up people that can be trusted not to sell us out,or short, this was said at last years AGM in front of many people. So, where are these people now? If a new PP is announced, will it be right to deny existing shareholders the chance to participate? What about the rights offering as a couple intelligent posters here have mentioned, at least these PP shares would be going into safe hands that way, because we are still all here and are buying more shares, if a PP had to be done? Its pretty obvious one big shareholder couldn,t be trusted when he downloaded shares after Murry,s amazing trip to China. China could very well be a suitor for the Tesoro, and to eliminate any potential buyer may be a conflict of interest or not in the best shreholders interests, at all. It could be considered as taking away the auction process, in which shareholders are entitled, to recieve max value for any assets sold by the company.
