Great explanation of shorting.

I simply meant that Lori's sales were not the same as her shorting the stock (if that's even allowed). All hell would break loose if it was IMO.

On another note I think you made that statement because you resented her sales. Correct? Both you and i know insiders sell all the time and sometimes on a regular basis. I don't like large sales before bad news anymore than you do. Hope that wasn't the case.
