It may be old news to some, but looking back it may be just as well that Bain is gone now. Things like this never look good, if people on the BOD of a company are investigated etc.

Some investors who look into these things before investing, may consider it important and not invest based on bad press in the past.

So I thought it be a good thing that he is no longer on the board. The new directors certainly appear to be what SLI needs.
