Offers?!

I'm looking forward to the sale of Tesoro as much as the next guy but....

baddog, yes St. Elias has a Shareholder Rights Plan (poison pill) in place since last year's AGM.

I think we should be waiting for Lori to hang the For Sale sign before entertaining the idea of offers. Was it not one of the items that came from the AGM that non-disclosure agreements and site visits by potential suitors were declined by the company?

Seems to me that the plan is to have a very good handle on the true value of Tesoro proir to soliciting offers. I believe we will have to wait until the compiled data from the present exploration efforts are in. Then we'll see what the next step is, further proving up of the resource or an invitation for offers.
