If we are bought out for a value of $30 per share, you get $30 per share.

If our property gets bought for a specific price of $30 per share equivalent, and SLI remains intact, we may receive a one time special dividend for the equivalent amount, minus any required withholding tax/s and any money the company decides to keep in the treasury for future endeavors.
