Vancouver, B.C. June 29, 2011 Lori McClenahan, President, St. Elias Mines Ltd. (SLI - TSX:V)
announces that pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan, the Company will grant incentive stock options to
directors, officers, and consultants of the Company to purchase an aggregate 3,000,000 shares in the capital of the
Company at an exercise price of $2.01 per share for a period of two years.
