Mikxx1, we always say there are never any dumb or questions that are asked too often. But, your first 2 questions, really there are so many ways this could all play out! There for sure is not 1 easy answer. Q3, if an offer was made, there would (IMO) be a NR, and I'm sure Management would let us know & guide us as to what they thought. A vote would be required, which I'm pretty confident would go the direction of Managements's recommendations.

Speaking of an offer, that will lead me into a post a bit later tonight. Once again, especially with what seems to be many new readers as of late, we all need to understand the share potential, ensure you have a sell plan, take a little off the table @ appropriate times, and hang on for the "Home Run"
