Hi Smart SLI investors Mr. Hobbes here, I was at the beer and bull last night. I was the one who asked the question about the OTC. and how the company is still on GREY MARKET in the States. Considering SLI had many meetings with the folks in many parts of the USA. For those who don't know what the GREY MARKET is:

Grey Market securities do not have bid or ask quotations in the OTC Link system or the OTCBB. Due to the lack of pre-trade data, Grey Market securities tend to be relatively illiquid. Broker-dealers must report Grey Market trades to FINRA, so trade data is available on otcmarkets.com.

Also there are no financials available.
