Signed a Technical Partnership Agreement with Astrium, a wholly owned subsidiary of EADS, to enhance and implement the patented In-flight Safety Monitoring System (ISMS™) – the next generation of aircraft data transmission systems.
in response to Myrtle's message

Hi Myrtle,

Ok if EADS said that the system will be commercially available as of the April timeframe does that mean that sales can't be made before that point in time?

From the ADS website and Paradigms/Astriums ADS presence at the last two airshows, not to mention the job postings that are online everywhere, I'm guessing that they are going full steam ahead looking to secure sales. There are only two reasons that I can think of as to why pending sales cannot be released to the public:

1) No sales have been made. (hopefully not)

2) OSC approval needs to happen - potentially after or at the AGM this December as all the paperwork needs to be in place first and (hopefully) some sales/deals are already secured.

Ideas? Anyone?
