Rico, it makes no difference ... property or company that has a good property ...it still requires cash or shares to get it ... and more cash to explore it.

Don't they have enough properties already? What will become of the millions already spent on these properties?

will they option them all off? Jv them? abandon them?

why do they need more property?

These are simple questions that management has always avoided answering.
