I strongly agree. Same thing happened to SGV, which got swallowed by VIT last year. At first, I thought the deal was disappointing based on the gold reserves that SGV had, but having gold reserves does nothing to your share price if you can't get the stuff produced because of a lack of financial resources or know-how.

VIT has now pretty much doubled since the transaction was done and that strengthens my view that in the long run, these juniors may be better off being taken over.

Until this point, SGX is still number last in my portfolio and I am utterly disappointed in the share price movement and its poor volumes.
