They didn't answer your question. The numbers they gave represented the shares already held by Sage that were received from Oak previously. The last annual report contains the following information"

On August 28, 2008, Sage obtained ownership and control of 672,516 common shares and 1,868,100 warrants exercisable for common shares of Lucrum Capital Corp. ('Lucrum'). These shares and warrants replace the 180,000 common shares and the right to acquire a further 500,000 shares of OAK, due to OAK’s amalgamation with Lucrum on August 28, 2008. " .
