Dear shareholder,

The following answer was provided by SAGE Gold management.

The question posted previously referred to our properties prior to the new property acquisitions and the reply is the same…..no.

There are shafts on two of the newly acquired properties being Spooner and the eastern block of King Solomon’s Pillars. The KSP shaft has been capped and the site has been rehabilitated. The Spooner shaft will be capped also.
