The reasons for silence, or a "black out," indicate the collective character of the PRB management. Why, or how? Because it indicates that no "information leaks" have been made, and all in the "know" on the management team are striving to maintain a "zero tolerance" policy. There is so much going on behind the scenes that could compromise the planned progress of PRB. Here is a list of possible "activities in progress": Land deal, East Limb discoverie, spin-off or sale of Blacfk Creek, 4+ months of back-fill assay reports, up-date NI43-101, plans for evaluation of under ground mining, and other items not known.
