Thank you for taking the time to put together a good summary and sharing it with us on the forum. The reason I’m a little negative these days has to do with how the change in the model was handled. It’s my belief that too many knew about the change in the model before it became public information. They took full advantage of this information by selling and shorting the stock during the run to $3.80/share. The barrage of 100 share lots hitting the street was an indication that large shareholders used computer algorithms to help unload the stock while minimizing the impact on the share price. I have to believe that many institutions knew what was coming down the pipe and reacted accordingly. Perhaps Hocking decided not to play along and released the information prematurely.
I’m not happy with the situation.
