Stink bids may get some cheap shares, but if your holdings are large compared to the stink bids then stink bidding does not help the share price, hence your entire holdings. Small gain for big loss.

Also, it not a good thing to help the market manipulators (could be shorters or potential suitors who would want to keep the SP down). We have been scolding those people, the market manipulators, so stink bids would only support their actions...just like punching more holes in a leaky helium balloon while we are riding in the basket.
