This idea has been touched on in the past with no action but figure it’s worth refloating.
We are getting down to the short strokes on this company. I think most have written off their investment mentally at least as it appears we are circling the drain. Amongst all here, I am confident the number of shares scrapping bottom and heading for zero must exceed 5%.
So any interest in revisiting the possibility of creating an entity (LLC?) to pool shares PTSC in exchange for shares/equity in proportion of shares committed in a legal entity that could demand a seat? We can at least explore the possibility of going down fighting for some measure of justice.
Not too different than the observation of Ben Franklin who a the signing of the Declaration of Independence sagely noted. "Gentlemen we must all hang together or we will surely hang separately"... such appears to be our analogous case in the moment.
Open question to the legal and business minds out there: Is it possible? Is it too late?
