The heart of the matter is, of course, that he lost his shirt on this stock (like a lot of us) and now he's holding those that don't sound optimistic, or apologetic about this investment (why at all) responsible for the demise of the pps. It is a case of a blind man shooting the messenger dead for bringing the bad news/not bringing good news. On the other hand if you had posted: the CC decisions can be appealed and in 99% of the cases the appeal will be upheld and a verdict delivered within 3 weeks, you'd be hailed a hero
