I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "see" or why you believe this might have any significance, but if you're asking whether Judge Chhabria will be in the courtroom for the Markman hearing, the answer is "not likely". Judges can, of course, do whatever they please as to these kinds of things, so if Judge Chhabria wishes to do so, he certainly can --- however, if he had wanted to spend his time in court for the Markman hearing, he wouldn't have assigned it to Judge Grewal.
