Apple has been watching this closely since they signed the deal. They are concerned for a reason!

My guess is that the judge rules today or tomorrow on the BK plan. I think he already had his mind up after I listened to last weeks audio. I would be surprised if he went with the Moore plan but truth be told, I think he understands the crocked nature of the Lecky deals and is troubled by it.
