Until recently, Debtor TPL employed a London-based “Senior V.P.
International Admin,” Ms. Janet Neal, at a yearly salary in excess of $200,000. Ms.
Neal resides in a six-bedroom residence known as "Sandhurst", located at “Shrubbs
Hill Lane, Sunningdale, Ascot, England.” Prior testimony and investigation
revealed that when Sandhurst was purchased for Ms. Neal, Debtor TPL provided
some $1 million toward the purchase price. Debtor TPL has never been paid back,
or received any return on, this European real estate investment.
“Sandhurst” is now listed for sale;
1 the asking price is 1.85 million pounds
sterling. Mr. Venkidu 2 is being requested to investigate the proposed sale
transaction, and to take appropriate steps to secure and to recover TPL’s $1 million
investment in Sandhurst, as well as any profit or return resulting from its sale.
