If the BOD collects license fees from the long list of offenders and begins to pay out dividends as it has been reported that at least one BOD member said they plan to do, then the price will (should?) rise quite nicely.

For those who "came to work in the vinyard" late, it would appear they are going receive a reward greater than the average long term investor. Each one cent of dividend at present prices equals a greater than 20% return. I suspect that this is what the market makers are hoping for (why wouldn't they?).

Have to admit that I am OK with getting my investment back a penny at a time if that is the way it has to be...
