Well, perhaps so, I suppose. But it should also be remembered that his further tenure occurred during the dilution of the retail shareholders and the increase of wealth for Mr. Swartz and his companies (Roswell Capital, Lincoln Ventures, etc.).

Interestingly, I just went to the PTSC website, and noted for the first time that Mr. Johnson "was" in-house counsel for Roswell "until March 2013". Perhaps he has moved on to other endeavors, or now occupies some other position at Roswell or a related entity --- a very brief Google search yielded no information more recent than 2012.
