Carlton Johnson allowed a motion to be filed naming him and Dan Leckrone as parties to the PDS "third seat" impasse.
Carlton Johnson apparently doesn't understand the legal diffierence between parties to an agreement (PTSC and TPL) and representatives for those parties (himself and Leckrone).
Carlton Johnson's apparent lack of understanding basic process and law appears to have incurred unnecessary financial costs to PTSC.
Carlton Johnson may have billed PTSC and/or PDS for his services.

Cliff Flowers and Gloria Felcyn allowed these mistakes to happen, unless Carlton Johnson acted independently of the board.

Was there not some notion that Dan Leckrone was replaced at the TPL seat at PDS?
Did PTSC acquire Moore's part of MMP in the early 1990s as stated in these Pacer motions, or Fish's?
