I have personally brought up the possibility of a derivative lawsuit about a half dozen times. There is a firm in NYC that specializes in such, Levi and Korinsky. I am willing to wait to see if they appeal teh ITC and to see what the outcome is for BK trustee decision that was once again postponed until the end of May.

Call me nuts but some how I am thinking tha tthere is something going on behind the scenes that may bode well for us pukes (as they see us) in the near term to lift the share price. That is what my spider senses are saying anyway...
