Is there any civil action or any legalaction we can take against the BOD? I know I'm grasping at straws here but I feel like we have been duped.

I would say gaining complete control of the MMP due to the TPL/BK would be huge. I just dont know if that is possible. It sounds like a legal nightmare in pursuing but I thought there was some clause that covered this...

If we/PTSC, owned the patents our selves, we'd be in great postion although still stuck with the same useless BOD?

We the shareholders feel like we have no recourse and left in the dark holding the bag...
