You are unlkely to get any response from Ms. Felcyn or any of the other BoD members, and even if you do, it won't likely be of much substance. I've covered the reasons why in lots of prior posts, so, no need to go back over all of that.
Is there legal recourse? At this juncture, I'm not sure in theory, but as a practical matter, the answer is "not unless you can find a lawyer to take the case". I've covered all of that, too, in many posts, PMs, and emails since around late 2009, or whenever the J3 settlement was concluded. So, again, repeating all of that would be pointless.
The bottom line is that the BoD served its masters well. Unfortunately, as I've also said before, those masters weren't us. We can hope that the BoD members have at least some miniscule amount of integrity and will do something to help the retail shareholders if things go the right way in the bankruptcy court. History doesn't support that, but hope is about all we have left.
