Why would our side ask for a one month delay in the TPL bankruptcy especially with the ticking clock and the NDOC decisions being based upon the ITC appeal, if they even appeal? There could be many reasons I guess but was it due to unpreparedness, an oversight, new and damaging information, strategy, etc?

I guess in the end, it can all be chalked up to strategy so who could argue...
