To my mind that indicates a long period of utter negligence and of contempt for the structure of PDS to the ultimate cost of PTSC shareholders. The call for abritration with TPL now is a CYA attempt probably under some pressure. Gloria and Cliff are equally at fault because they should have voted 2:1 to either instruct CJ to start the arbitration when it was required or to replace CJ as the paid company PTSC representative to PDS.
