In hindsight....

I certainly understand why the decision was made to go to the ITC, but discussion of that iwould seem to be of little value at this juncture. Hindsight is always 20/20, but it will never get you anywhere unless you can both learn from it and apply it in the future. In PTSC's case, there won't be any need for such considerations, so, insofar as any practical application is concerned, the subject is moot.

As for trading in Germany, it may be "only" 1.2 million shares, but, as I said before, that's 7x usual volume. Still, what is significant to those folks may not carry over to our market, so, as always, we shall see. Hopefully, cooler heads will prevail, and, if there is a decline in the price, it will be muted.
