I can't remember why the stay was put in place, but if it was due to the pendency of the ITC proceedings, then I would think that it would be dissolved unless, as you point out, there is an appeal from the ITC ruling. However, I do not expect that such an appeal will be taken.

Sorry I don't have a more definitive answer. If someone will refresh my recollection as to the origin of the stay order, I will comment further if necessary.
