No settlements until DL is removed as the controlling faction of TPL. We need an independent committee before he gets is hands on any more money.

This is great news and I think this is exactly what the ITC was waiting for. I am not greedy, lets hope we see $.13 or .13 today with a small steady climb higher. Then BAM!
