While nothing is certain, as posted here a few months back, lawyers from a major IP law house stated without hesitation that Federal Distric Court results outweigh ITC making it seem a good bet that the ITC should back off from its original determination. We shall see what comes.

On the other point, dividends would most certainly have a positive impact on share price. I don't care which path I take to the surface of the water but I am getting tired of holding my breath.
