Well, if Cliff isn't in control of anything, then he certainly shouldn't be earning hundreds of thousands of dollars per year. As I've said on other occasions, the interim CEO position at PTSC, based on known duties and your "lack of control" scenario, could easily be filled by a recent college grad, if not less.
