Thanks for your post, but the "I know you know" phrase pretty much has universal meaning. Geoff and I have had some good PM exchanges in the past, so if he wishes, he is certainly welcome to contact me.

The point is that what Geoff and I --- or, for that matter, anyone else other than Judge Gildea's colleagues and those in judicial bodies superior to him --- think about his rulings is irrelevant. He may well be wrong as a matter of absolute fact, but until such is declared by a judicial entity that has superior authority, or until such time as his ruling is somehow rendered moot, that ruling stands.
