I don't disagree, but history speaks for itself. There are no excuses now. We have the verdict all have been patiently waiting/hoping for. With or without a decision to overturn the previous ITC ruling, the next round of licensing better show significant increases in value. Otherwise I believe our path, by way of licensing values, have now been pre-determined. My eyes have been wide open all along. Seeing the previous negotiations/settlements that came to light during trial, really should illustrate who had the upper hand all along. Assuming HTC doesn't appeal, or we prevail in that as well, there should be no excuse for low ball signings going forward.
